01When you can get a refund
You can request a refund from My Courses → Orders within 48 hours of purchase, as long as you have watched less than 20% of the course.
02How the money is returned
Once a refund is approved, the money goes back to the method you paid with (bKash, Nagad or card) within 3–7 business days. We keep you updated by email.
03If a payment gets stuck
If money was deducted but the course didn't open, don't worry: our system re-checks every pending payment with the gateway every hour. If it isn't resolved within 24 hours, email support@shikkhasathi.com with your transaction ID.
